How this program works: When you contact us with a door or gate problem, we are able to access the DHR, allowing us to check inventory and make sure our service trucks have the necessary parts that we may not ordinarily stock. If we don’t have the correct part, we will be able to order it for you, thus keeping door or gate down time to a minimal.
