As owner and principal of Philadelphia based RCC Design Group, Rhonda Clark Carlson is an authentic innovator recognized as an industry-leading design professional.

A native of Williamsport, PA., Rhonda Clark graduated Penn State University with a major in Finance/Economics. Rhonda then moved to Europe to hone her design and business skills. In 1999 after extensive work and travel in Europe, Asia and the Pacific, Rhonda moved back to the United States, became Leed Certified and established the RCC Design Group.

Rhonda lives in Philadelphia, PA. with her daughter Emerson. In addition to full-time management of the RCC Design Group, Rhonda is a board member of multiple philanthropic organizations including St. Jude’s Hospital for Children, The Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Children’s “First Book” Literacy Program and the National Kidney foundation.
