Michael Hardt: (Technician) Originally from Trier, Germany, received his automotive service training there and has been with Dearing’s since 1998.
Chris Jones: (Technician) After studying Engineering, Chris switched to the automotive service field. As such he’s our resident engineer and is known for his meticulous (picky) attention to detail. He’s been with Dearing’s since 1996.
Laura Dearing: (Service Staff) Laura has worn a number of hats growing up at Dearing’s after school. Presently she is here part time while pursuing her degree as an R.N.
Ozzie Dearing: (Official Mascot) Ozzie has his eyes, ears and nose on the entire operation. See Vanessa’s page for Ozzie’s story.
Phil Wild: (Service Manager) With over 30 years in the customer service business, Phil has been a Tucson resident since 1958 and at Dearing’s since 2004.

Okay usually if you’re going to Dana’s you have a really nice car. Like a Mercedes or a Ferrari not an old Volvo like me. The people are great!! Really personable. Their mechanics are really well trained, people from New Mexico come to Tucson to get their vehicle fixed here. I might be biased because I would hang out in the waiting room just to see all the fancy cars go by but I think this place is great.

Dearing Automotive is simply the best for quality, affordable service on your BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche or Ferrari. My BMW is a 2001 and they have really helped me evaluate my options on keeping mine or considering a newer purchase. As Robert says, you can call them for “. . . just good advice”! They are also a family shop and provide personalized service without the automated phones or impersonal forms of communication. They ARE simply the best!

Phil and the entire team at Dearing provide an economical and highly skilled alternative to a Porsche dealership. We have all of our 996 work done at Dearing and have never been disappointed.
